How Usain Bolt runs so fast

HOW USAIN BOLT RUNS SO FAST?? Usain Bolt makes sprinting look easy. It’s almost as if he doesn’t have to try. But we’ll let you in on a little secret: Sure, the eight-time Olympic champion is more of a natural runner than we are, but he still has to work at it in order to keep himself in top form. He has roughly the same stride frequency as every other elite sprinter in the world but once he’s up to speed, his stride length is longer. That’s it in a nutshell really. The old thinking in sprinting was that you needed to be short and you needed to be absolutely ripped to be a good sprinter. The thought being that if you had a higher muscle power to weight ratio than you’d be able to accelerate faster and farther than a taller person. Tyson Gay is 5′10″ and 165 pounds Andre De Grasse is 5′ 9″ and 154 pounds Bolt has turned this thinking on its head. He’s 6′5″ and 207 pounds. Studies are showing now that  taller and thinner athletes  are proving to be more effective

5 simple tips for fitness success

5 Simple Tips for Fitness Success 1. Exercise Daily Exercise daily for at least an hour. You do not have to kill yourself from running, jogging, etc., but you should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. If you're looking to shed a few pounds fast, do a higher-level intensity workout. For example, go on a walk at a brisk pace for an hour. Or, you can jog and set certain intervals to sprint during that hour. Make sure you're not in severe pain during your workout. Just a warning, your muscles will ache after a high intensity workout. It may be irritating, but that means your body is changing for the better. Be sure to stay hydrated, stretch, and eat foods with a decent amount of protein after each workout. The protein will help keep your muscles, not fat, rebuilding. 2.
